Shoprite Fleet Administrator

Management and Documentation:
Undertake the maintaining of accurate and organized records of vehicle information. This includes all communication and documents relating to Natis, Tax Invoices, Lease agreements and License discs.

Vehicle Scheduling and Maintenance:
Update the daily vehicle schedule with changes, including delivery dates, signoffs, and signing dates.

Driver Support and Communication:
Provide comprehensive support, information, and reports for drivers under investigation,addressing queries related to vehicles.

Financial and Administrative Processing:
Managing the information flow for all transport-related arrangements for vehicles moving between divisions / provinces and daily authorizations for vehicles.

Market Values and Yearly Reports:
Communicate market values to the divisions for budgeting.

Insurance and Vehicle Transactions:
Manage internal insurance administration and documentation for accidents, including the deregistration of written-off vehicles

Buying or Selling of Company Vehicles:
Facilitate the leasing, buying, or selling of company vehicles for all divisions.

Data entry and reporting:
Input data in fleet systems and spreadsheets.

Further Administration:
Oversee a Pool Fleet

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric / Grade 12 - (essential)
Certificate or diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, Operations Management, or a related field - (desirable)

Experience

+3 years’ experience in fleet management operations, with solid experience of vehicle scheduling and maintenance coordination, including tracking systems and vehicle lease management - (essential)
Experience in managing the administration pool fleet and coordinating vehicle bookings - (essential)
Substantial knowledge in managing internal insurance administration - (essential)
Extensive experience in financial and administrative processing - (essential)
Proficient (intermediate) in Microsoft 365 with focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - (essential)
Professional communication skills – (essential)
Strong administrative skills – (essential)
